Store terms, refunds, and privacy

Purchases and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars. When a purchase completes you receive an email receipt from Stripe and, for digital products, a delivery email from us.

Refunds

Service packages

Service packages (such as editing or implementation work) are refundable in full any time before work begins. Once work has started, we will refund the unworked portion at our reasonable discretion. Scope, timeline, and deliverables for each package are confirmed with you in writing before work starts.

Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered by email after purchase. If a file is defective or you never received it, contact us and we will make it right, replacement first, refund if we cannot. If you have not downloaded a purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once a file has been downloaded, purchases are final, since a download cannot be returned.

Merchandise

Merch is printed on demand for each order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or preference, so please check the size chart before ordering.

Free items and bookings

Free downloads and booked calls cost nothing and can be cancelled any time. When you request a free item, you are joining the Evolve Studio email list; every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link.

Fair use of digital content

Digital purchases are licensed to you for personal or internal business use. They may not be resold, redistributed, or republished. Course and membership access is for the purchasing account and is not transferable.

Privacy policy

Here is what this store collects and why, in plain language.

Purchases. Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your card number. After a purchase, we receive your name, email, and what you bought so we can deliver it and provide support. For instant digital downloads, our delivery system checks your checkout session with Stripe to confirm payment before serving the file; we do not keep a separate database of buyers.

Free items. When you request a free download or booking, you give us your email address and join the Evolve Studio email list, sent via our email provider. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored immediately.

Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) so we can understand how the store is used. You can block these cookies in your browser without affecting purchases.

What we do not do. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors named above (Stripe, Google Analytics, our email provider) and where the law requires. We keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and email-list data until you unsubscribe.

Your choices. To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email legal@evolvestudio.us and we will respond within 2 business days. This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

The boring but important part

Digital and informational products are provided as is; nothing sold here is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Merchandise carries the replacement remedy described above. Our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on implied warranties or certain damages; where the law does not allow a limit, this section applies to the fullest extent permitted. These terms are governed by Florida law. We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version.
